Mad Scientist Journal, which I help to edit, has just launched our first Kickstarter. We’ll be putting together an anthology of first-person accounts from residents of and visitors to the Miskatonic Valley. The stories will be a little on the creepy side, full of the Lovecraftian horrors for which Arkham and the Miskatonic Valley are known.
We will be publishing both ebook versions and a print version of this anthology, if we can get the funding that we need to do so. I’m very excited that we’ve launched this, and hopeful that it will succeed, so that we can do more projects like this!
I know this isn’t necessarily the sort of thing that all of my followers are interested in, but I wanted to share it anyway. Also, if you like crocheted things, one of the backer levels gets you one of my crocheted Cthulhu cupcakes. 🙂 So if you like mad science, H. P. Lovecraft’s world, or even good spooky stories, check out our Kickstarter for That Ain’t Right: Historical Accounts of the Miskatonic Valley
